Of special note is Jili’s support for community job development. Hiring diverse local talent is something we take quite seriously. In the greater New York area, for example, City Tech’s Green Maintenance for Buildings Training Program is a Jili-preferred staffing and training partner. The program prepares individuals in the local community for work as facilities managers, superintendents, supervisors, janitors, porters, and maintenance personnel, with an emphasis on sustainable building management. Jili founder Ryan Kinser has participated in numerous sessions for graduating City Tech students, and he sits on the Advisory Board for Continuing Education at City Tech
